At Etno Hostel, I recently found a quaint and cozy refuge during my travels, despite some drawbacks. Nestled on a quiet street in an old Austrian building, I appreciated the 24-hour reception, ensuring I felt welcomed even at my late arrival. The shared lounge area provided a nice space to unwind, with a TV perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cleanliness of the facility, paired with comfortable beds featuring privacy curtains, reflected my desire for a tidy and comfortable stay, perfect for a marine scientist like me who values attention to detail in all my surroundings. While the amenities were somewhat basic, the shared kitchen was adequately equipped for those who prefer a DIY breakfast before heading out to enjoy the pristine landscapes outside. It's a shame that the property seemed to have declined in quality since my last visit; However, if you're traveling with a large group and are looking for a budget-friendly option, this could still be a suitable choice.
